| EXP.: In your opinion, what are the characteristics of a good supplier in terms of range and product? |
| A.A.: It must be responsive in relation to the delivery of new vehicles. Distribution must be capable of offring replacement products very swiftly and thus benefit from its competitive edge. |

| EXP.: What are your main supply chain management expectations in relation to a supplier? |
| A.A.: Supply chain management is one of the key points of our business and stock is expensive in terms of investment. |
| EXP.: Compliance with a service rate of 95% is our first supply chain management indicator. To achieve this rate, Valeo Service has invested in its supply chain management organistion in order to cover the flow of sales forecasts on more than 15,000 references coming from 100 industrial sites to delivery upstream of shipping 1,000 lines of daily orders going to export markets.

| EXP.: We have told you about the introduction of an availability date on all acknowledgements of orders delivered from our warehouse in Breuilpont, France. The launch will take place in January 2003. A date for product availability will be indicated on each reference orderd with one line per due date and the quantity concerned. At the end of the document, a summary as percentage and value will tell you the percentage of your order in the process of packing and the dates for availability of backorders. |
